Crossroads Youth Center will be closed through Saturday, January 24th due to remodeling.
The Richland Center High School Wrestling Soup & Salad Supper Fundraiser will take place on Friday, January 23rd from 5:30 - 6:30 pm in Richland Center High School East Commons prior to the dual meet and State Qualifier against Lancaster. Cost is a free will donation with proceeds helping cover costs of next year's Bi-State Tournament and purchase team equipment. This is also RC's Wrestling Hall of Fame Night and Seniors Night. All wrestlers that went to State at some point for the Hornets will be honored at 6:30.
Pre-register by January 23rd for the NHS of Southwest Wisconsin Home Buyer Education Classes to be held on Saturday, January 24th from 8:00 - 4:00 at the UW-Extension Office- East Hall. The morning session concentrates on improving financial health, while the afternoon session covers topics specific to those who are ready to become homeowners. To pre-register, call NHS at 647-4949.

The Richland Center Archery Club will host a Youth Archery class for those 17 and under only, the next four Saturdays at Anderson Outdoors. The next session will take place on Saturday, January 24th. Sunday, January 25
The Highlands Lions Club Annual Dean Olson Memorial Winter Fisheree will take place on Sunday, January 25th at Blackhawk Lake. Gates open at 5:00 am with the fishing contest running from 6:30 am - 2:30 pm. There will be a Euchre Tournament at 12:30 pm, meat paddles and door prizes. Raffle tickets will be available for $1 each or 6 for $5.
The Knights of Columbus of St. Mary's in Richland Center will host a Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, January 25th from 8:30 - Noon in the church hall. Cost is a free will offering for all-you-can-eat, with proceeds to benefit the parish school.
The Panama Missions Group will host a Spaghetti Dinner on Sunday, January 25th at Noon at the Richland Center Fellowship Church. Cost is $5 each with money going to fund the trip to Panama.
The Knights of Columbus Free Throw Championship will be held on Sunday, January 25th at 1:00 pm at St. Mary School in Richland Center. All boys and girls ages 9-14 are invited to participate. The Richland County Junior Dairy Breeders will host a Bowling Party on Sunday, January 25th at 1:00 pm at the Phoenix Center. All youth, ages 6-20 that are interested in exhibiting dairy are invited to attend.

The School to Career Initiative, a collaboration of industries, schools and community members to create a School to Career Program, will meet on Monday, January 26th from 6:00 - 7:30 pm at Richland Center Fellowship. Lincoln School in Richland Center will be hosting an Early Childhood and 4-Year-Old Registration and Screening for the Richland School District on February 9 - 12. The Second Harvest Mobile Food Pantry will hold a distribution in Gays Mills on Wednesday, January 28th from 2:00 - 3:00 at 212 Main Street.
The Men's Annual Pancake and Whole Hog Sausage Supper at the Lone Rock Congregational Church will take place on Wednesday, January 28th at 4:30 pm. Cost is $7 for adults and $3 for children for all-you-can-eat.
The Richland County Homelessness Prevention Coalition will hold a point-in-time count of homeless individuals and families on Wednesday, January 28th from 9:00 pm - Midnight at Saint Barnabas Episcopal Church in Richland Center. Funds to prevent homelessness in Richland County are available based on this count. Drop by the warming center to fill out an anonymous survey. The 92nd annual Snowflake Ski Tournament in Westby will take place Friday, January 30th and Saturday, January 31st. Friday night opening ceremonies begin at 7:00 pm and competition starts at 7:30 with
fireworks between rounds. Saturday opening ceremonies will begin at Noon with the competition at 12:30.
Buttons are $15 in advance or $20 at the gate, children 12 and under are free. Buttons can be ordered online at snowflakeskiclub.com.

A benefit to help rebuild the Castle Rock Inn, which was damaged by a fire last year, will be held on Saturday, January 31st at 1:00 pm at Boscobel Bowl and Banquet.
